Fast X Slow Fashion was a temporary exhibition at Leeds City Museum which explored clothes shopping trends over the past 300 years and how current habits will likely impact our future.
Our brief was to develop an exhibition design, identity and marketing campaign to draw in primarily adult visitors and leave them inspired to question their own fashion choices.
Revealing the issues of sustainability in fashion
We chose a photographic approach for the marketing — using embroidered labels stitched into reclaimed garments as an apt way to contain the information. We continued the fashion label theme into the exhibition space by producing over-sized, printed fabrics as interpretation wall hangings.
